1 Introduction
We want you to have confidence in us and how we process your personal data. Therefore, in this privacy statement we explain why we collect information about you, how we use this information and how we take into account your privacy.
Personal data is information and assessments that can be linked to an identifiable individual. This can be, for example, name and contact information, purchase history or information about interests.
The use of personal data must comply with the Personal Data Act. We, as the data controller, will ensure that we use personal data about you in accordance with the law.
2 What personal data do we hold about you
Depending on what information you provide to us, how you use our services, and what permissions you give us, we have this information about you:
- Information about you: Information you provide when you contact us through the form on the website or email, such as your name, address, telephone number and email address. You can choose to provide us with more information about yourself, such as gender.
- Communication: Information you provide to us when you contact our call center, such as emails sent between us.
- Information about the use of the website: Information we receive when you use our website and app, such as what type of device you have (e.g. mobile or PC), IP address, which pages you visit and what features you use there.
- Information from partners: Information we receive from our business partners and/or service providers.
- Profiling details: Information and assumptions we make automatically based on the other information (mentioned above) we hold about you, such as your preferences and interests and which demographic groups you belong to, unless you have objected to this.
3 What do we use your personal data for
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Offer website and app: We use information to adapt our website and app to the technical equipment you use. We may also use the information to tailor the content of our website and app to what we think you are interested in.
- Customer Service: We store information that you provide and receive if you contact us to provide service and manage your customer relationship.
- Statistics: We collect statistics to improve and further develop our products and services. As far as possible, we do this with anonymous information, without us knowing that the information relates specifically to you.
- Contact form: Information sent through the contact form on our website is stored in order to be able to answer the inquiry.
- Marketing: We may use your contact information (e.g. phone number and email address) to send you recommendations and information about our products. We may use information to make the recommendations and information as relevant to you as possible, unless you have objected to this. If you wish, we will also send you recommendations and information about our partners' products or services.
The legal basis of purpose ! 1, ! 3 and ! 4 is our legitimate interest in providing, developing and marketing our services.
The legal basis of purpose ! 2 is to fulfill our contract with you.
The legal basis of purpose ! 5 may also be your consent, if you have given us this. It may be necessary to send you marketing.
4 Who do we share personal data with
We share personal data with companies that provide technical and administrative services to us, such as IT providers. We have agreements with them to ensure your privacy.
We may disclose information in individual cases, for example to public authorities, on suspicion of an offence.
We may also share anonymised information with business partners for e.g. market analysis and service development.
5 How long do we store personal data
We store information about you only for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected or if we are required to store the information. The data will be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose. Below is an overview of how long we store your information:
- Information about you: If you have a customer account with us, we will delete the data if you wish to do so when you terminate the customer relationship. We delete the data automatically after three years.
- Purchase information: If you have a user account with us, we store your purchase history for 12 months in your user profile. We delete your card number three months. We store transactions and payment information for 5 years in accordance with the Bookkeeping Act.
- Information about the use of the website: We store information about your use of our website for up to 14 months.
- Information from the form in the website: Form information is stored in the vendor's (Webflow) encrypted databases on AWS servers in the United States. Information is transmitted encrypted from the IP address to the servers through https. The IP address of the sender is only temporarily stored for 24 hours as a security measure against spam. A copy of the form will be sent to our email address and stored here as well. You can request deletion of the form on the server and in the email archive by contacting us.
- Information from partners: We store any information from partners for as long as you have given your consent or until it is automatically deleted. We will delete the information from email correspondence, or contact form on the website if you request it.
- Communication: We store communications with our customers for three years, unless we need to store them for longer, e.g. in connection with complaints or claims.
6 Your rights
You may have the right to ask us to:
- Provide you with further information about how we process your personal data.
- Provide you with a copy of personal data about you.
- Update your personal data.
- Delete information that we no longer have a basis to store.
- Restrict or stop the processing of your data.
- Oppose automatic individual decisions, including profiling.
- Provide you with information you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or, where technically feasible, ask us to transfer it to another company.
- Withdraw any consents you have given us.
Please be aware that there are limitations to these rights. Please feel free to contact us if you would like more information about this.
If you believe that we process personal data in violation of the Personal Data Act, you have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Authority. Before you do this, we would like you to contact us so that we can answer your questions or clear up any misunderstandings.

Google Analytics wielding cookies/cookies (small text files that the website stores on the user's computer), which record the users' IP address, and which provide information about the individual user's online movements. Examples of what statistics give us answers to are; how many people visit different pages, how long the visit lasts, what websites users come from and what browsers are used. None of the cookies allows us to associate information about your use of the website with you as an individual. Data related to cookies is automatically deleted 14 months after registration. You can yourself manage the use of cookies. The information collected by Google Analytics is stored on Google's servers in the United States. The information received is subject to Google's privacy policy.
8 Changes to the Privacy Policy
We will be able to update the Privacy Policy from time to time. You will always find the latest version of our privacy policy on the website.
